I'm obsessed with rooftop gardening and it seems like a great symbiosis: an entire rooftop ecosystem! I've been trying to read up on it but I believe that beekeeping is something you have to start and learn mostly on the way. What do you think? Do you have any particularly instructive literature? It's getting warm enough outside now that if I'm going to be a beekeeper, it's time to open up the hive and see what's going on in there. I'm nervous, though! It seems like a valuable undertaking, but there's a lot I still need to learn.
